UGN Is Seeing New Steering Committee Members

For over 60 years, United Good Neighbors (UGN) has served as the local United Way, supporting nonprofits across Jefferson County that meet the basic human needs of those who need it most.

Today, UGN is trying to approaches to our work and we are seeking new leaders to help! This new five-person Steering Committee will:

  • Shape the future of UGN,
  • Explore new and better ways of helping social service organizations working throughout Jefferson County, and
  • Oversee innovative new approaches to our Annual Campaign

We are seeking excellent and experienced leaders who understand and believe in the role of UGN in our community and who have one or more of the following knowledge or skill sets:

  • Strategic planning;
  • Fundraising strategy;
  • Experience working with a United Way in another location.
