Health Care Access
UGN provides funding for Olympic Community Action Programs (OlyCAP) health care access program, which helps provide our low-income and uninsured neighbors with access to oral health services, information, and referrals to health care resources.
The goal of these efforts is to ensure access and reduce expensive emergency room utilization. UGN funds support:
- OlyCAP’s mobile dental clinic serving Jefferson County
- Transportation, referral, or financial support to ensure access
- Provision of prescription vouchers to those in need.
